NVM’s organizing efforts are focused in western Fairfax, Loudoun County, Richmond, and Norfolk. Leaders are identified from local Black and immigrant communities, and campaigns are created with local corporate or government entities as targets. Over time, the local organizing programs establish and propel NVM state policy fights.
