Thank you for your ongoing support of New Virginia Majority. Here are some updates from our organization this month.
Utility Assistance Updates
By November 8th, Dominion Power will resume service disconnections for customers "2 months (60 days) behind in making payments." Avoid service disconnection by calling 1-866-DOM-HELP:
- To enroll in a payment plan with Dominion Energy
- If you’ve received COVID-19 bill assistance before, you may qualify for a pause on service disconnection
- If you’ve previously received a medical exemption
- If you've received certain services for social services programs, such as SNAP, TANF or WIC, notify Dominion Energy that you receive such qualifying service(s) & qualify for a pause on service disconnection
