While Republicans in the General Assembly try to make voting harder for folks in Virginia, New Virginia Majority is taking a stand for voters -- organizing voter registration drives in underrepresented communities, running the only statewide voter protection hotline in the Commonwealth, and fighting back against discriminatory voting restrictions.

The fact is, voter ID laws make it impossible for many eligible Virginians to vote.
