Jennifer Granado serves as the chief operating officer of New Virginia Majority and its subsidiaries. She oversees the operation division through strategic leadership across all areas impacting people and culture.
Throughout her career, she has enjoyed a reputation for mentoring staff as an accomplished leader, with expertise in change management, and a proven track record of providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure an organization’s operational soundness.
Prior to serving as the COO, Jennifer began her career with Tenants and Workers United as a student organizer. Throughout her tenure with the organization, she has mobilized thousands of community members.
She received a B.A. in Political Science and Homeland Security from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from George Mason University.
