In celebration of MLK DAY, New Virginia Majority will bring together people from around the state to meet with lawmakers at the capital in Richmond and talk about the issues we support!

We’ll have rallies to highlight the need for solving the student-debt crisis. We’ll talk to legislators about ending mass incarceration and replacing it with mass investment in communities! We’ll push for legislation that provides driver’s licenses for immigrant communities and compassionate policies for immigration that keep families together. We’ll say to legislators –most definitely and without a doubt #BlackLivesMatter!

There will be a Speakout Against Student Debt at 9 am and rallies around 11 am and 2 pm at the General Assembly Building @ 201 N 9th St, Richmond, VA 23219
